Year end business financial statements
3 years if applicable - both balance sheet and income statements if available.
Business tax returns -- submit 3 years.
Interim Business financial statement
Should include a balance sheet and an income statement and be dated within 45 days of application.
Projections
Financial projections for 2 years after loan is funded.
Monthly Cash Flow Analysis
If new business 12 months
Debt Schedule
List of all business debt including leases (form provided).
Statement of Previous Government Financing
Names of affiliated businesses
Two years tax returns. Current Financial Statements (within 45 days).
If Franchise
Copy of Franchise Agreement, Franchise Disclosure Statement.
Copy of contracts
Real estate purchase agreement, contractor's estimates, furniture and fixtures cost list, equipment cost list.
Proposed Lease
Minimum of loan term plus one year.
Independent Appraisal
Ordered by Bank.
Environmental Checklist
Filled out and signed by seller only. TSA environmental report. (Ordered by bank or CDC).
Resolution from Borrower's company
Authorizing it to borrow.
If alien, document verification request
Personal Credit Report, Business Credit Report
If you know of any derogatory items on either report please provide a detailed explanation.
