Jeff has spent over 20 years in the Inland Empire in commercial and residential real estate, economic development, and marketing. Jeff was a founding board member of Enterprise Funding in 1983. Jeff has owned and operated three retail and service companies in the Inland Empire. He is a regionally recognized public speaker on the history and economic development of the Inland Empire.

Barbara received her Bachelors of Science in Finance from University of Phoenix's Online Campus in 1999. She has over 30 years of banking to include 13 years commercial lending experience with community banks and a credit union.

Ron has 30 years of operational business management experience including: co-owning a successful start-up retail business; Vice President and General Manager for another start-up financial services business for 9 years and successfully managing several other financial service businesses.

Mary Norvell has been at Enterprise Funding since April 2001 and currently serves as the Senior Closing Officer. Mary graduated with honors from Skadron/Bryman's Administrative Office program in 2001. She also attended California State University in San Bernardino.

Gwen Bedics has over 15 years of SBA lending experience and is in charge of reaching out to businesses in the High Desert. She was previously the Vice President/SBA Manager at Desert Community Bank in Victorville, CA. Prior to that, she held positions at the High Desert National Bank in Hesperia, CA and Sun Country Bank in Apple Valley, CA. She joined Enterprise Funding in March 2008.
