Enterprise Funding Corporation was started in 1983 as a non-profit corporation to assist businesses in the Inland Empire. Our primary purpose is to enhance economic development efforts through funding loans for companies that will increase employment and revitalize business districts, as well as promote the quality of life of our region.
 We are specifically encouraging the growth and expansion of minority , women, disabled, and veteran owned small businesses. We are currently authorized to fund SBA 504 loans anywhere in the State of California and Micro Loans in Riverside, San Bernardino, and a portion of East Los Angeles County. We focus primarily on loans in the Inland Empire of Southern California, but because of our proximity to local Southern California markets, we will support our bank and business clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
We have been a Certified Development Company since August of 1984 and have a membership and Board of Directors consisting of government, lending, and business professionals local to Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Since inception, Enterprise Funding Corporation has approved over $500,000,000 of 504 loan projects. We have assisted a broad range of businesses including, manufacturers, wholesalers, contractors, retail, and service companies. We have contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to economic development efforts throughout the Inland Empire. |
